Slartboz: Encyclopedia Screen Added

The Slartboz playable prototype now has an Encyclopedia screen. About the game's world, what the player's avatar ("Abro") would logically know of life in Normerika 2100 CE

* kids: its like a Wikipedia but for Oldsters

* in the game/UI itself it is called "The EnpsycloMedia"

* has about 10 categories (places, creatures, groups, etc)

* has about 80 entries
